A Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator for 10 years.  Laurie has been educating patients in Diabetes management and weight loss in a hospital-outpatient setting.  She recognized through patient requests the need for something quick and easy to assist with portion control.  Hence the development of the EZ Weight Plate.

An active practicing nurse with over 29 years of nursing experience.  The past 14 years has been dedicated to caring for Diabetic patients.  Meal planning and weight loss has been identified as the most challenging components of proper Diabetes care.  The EZ Weight Plate will assist with these difficult areas.
